Immersive Collectives is the IP entity of the IHG ecosystem. Our job is to invent worlds, write the narrative bibles, develop the characters, define the visual identities, and own the rights — then license that IP into the rest of the ecosystem under controlled terms.

IC does not develop real estate. IC does not run resorts. IC does not engineer attractions. That separation is intentional: it keeps the creative work disciplined, protects the IP cleanly, and creates a recurring revenue stream the rest of the ecosystem licenses against.

Recurring and one-off cast across the IHG universes — original, fully owned IP free of licensing entanglements with third parties.

Property-level brand systems, environmental graphics, signage standards, color palettes, and typography. The aesthetic operating system for each world.

World Building & Lore

Universe bibles, mythologies, and the foundational lore that powers every story arc. The substrate every world is built on.

Franchise Licensing

Outbound licensing of IC IP for products, partnerships, and brand extensions outside the resort context — under controlled, on-brand terms.

The IHG brand architecture is structured to keep corporate authority, IP ownership, and property-level personality separate but coordinated.

IHG is the parent brand. IC owns the IP. Each property carries its own narrative identity, licensed from IC. The hierarchy is invisible to a guest standing in a saloon — but it is what lets the saloon exist at all.
